Great news for those of you who have been enjoying Zhao's gallery: Brook was kind enough to send us a few more photographs, which I have added to the gallery. Included among these are two marvellous and atmospheric land-water penjing. Enjoy!

Beautiful! There is so much vitality and realism packed into each of those scenes.
I've never really liked Penjing and Saikei that much. These are extraordinary.

I must confess: In general, I like Japanese Bonsai better than Chinese ones. In my opinion, Japanese wood-plantings, however, can by far not compete with Zhao?s landscapes.
To me they make a (don?t laugh now) model railway-like impression, with the big difference that they are live, which makes their fascination much bigger.
